bonyf NV Annual General Meeting Approves 2025 Financial Statements and Reaffirms Growth Strategy
Knokke-Heist (Belgium), 30 June 2026, 6:00 a.m.; bonyf NV (Ticker: MLBON), a leader in dental consumer goods, professional dental consumables and dermatological solutions, held its Annual General Meeting on 25 June 2026 in Knokke, Belgium. The meeting was well attended, and all resolutions submitted to the shareholders were approved. The 2025 financial statements of bonyf NV, which have already been published through Euronext, were unanimously approved by the shareholders present.
During the meeting, the company’s accountant presented the financial results of bonyf NV and provided further clarification on the published accounts. Jean-Pierre Bogaert, CEO, also presented an update on the operational subsidiary, bonyf AG. He explained that bonyf AG reported a loss of CHF 350,000 for the financial year. The disappointing result was primarily attributable to the failure of a major U.S. customer to honor its contractual purchase commitments, resulting in an estimated loss of approximately USD 1 million in expected revenues.
The company is actively working with its legal advisors to find an appropriate solution to this matter. At the same time, bonyf remains committed to reaching a constructive compromise that would allow the commercial relationship to continue under acceptable conditions.
Despite these challenges, the CEO expressed strong confidence in the future of the company. A significant part of the presentation focused on Periocream, bonyf’s patented professional oral care innovation, which is expected to become one of the company’s key growth drivers.
The commercial rollout of Periocream is progressing well. bonyf is currently in discussions with, or already supplying, nine commercial partners across several international markets. The promotional launch in Italy has already commenced, marking an important milestone in the product’s European expansion.
To support the anticipated increase in demand, bonyf has invested in new production equipment that will substantially increase its manufacturing capacity and enable efficient large-scale production of Periocream.

The CEO also reiterated the company’s strategic decision to increasingly focus on its own proprietary brands with higher profit margins, with Periocream representing the cornerstone of this long-term strategy.
Demonstrating his continued confidence in the future of the company, Jean-Pierre Bogaert has personally invested more than EUR 500,000 in bonyf to further strengthen its financial position and support the execution of its strategic growth plan. The Board of Directors and management remain confident that the combination of innovative patented products, increasing international commercial interest, and a stronger focus on high-margin proprietary brands will create sustainable value for shareholders in the years ahead.
