In a previous communication, the Company indicated that the General Shareholders’ Meeting would be held on May 18, 2026, in Knokke, Belgium. Due to additional time required by the Company’s accountants to finalize the financial documentation, the meeting will now be rescheduled to a later date in June 2026. The exact date will be communicated in due course.

At the same time, bonyf is pleased to confirm that the commercial launch of PerioCream in Italy will take place at the end of May 2026, through its distribution partner.

Since October 2025, the Company has conducted a targeted LinkedIn awareness campaign aimed at dental professionals across Europe. Over this period, the campaign has successfully reached a significant number of dentists and dental hygienists, reflecting strong interest in PerioCream and its clinical positioning.

Building on this momentum, the Company will now orient its LinkedIn communication strategy in Italy toward direct engagement, offering dental professionals the opportunity to request a free product sample and evaluate PerioCream in clinical practice.
