The study report was issued by an independent certified laboratory in accordance with the European Standard EN 14476 on DNA vaccinia virus (the reference virus for all enveloped viruses, including coronavirus SARS-CoV-2).

In addition, PerioTabs® is already appearing in recommended protocols as a preferred adjacent treatment for full mouth disinfection (at the level of gums and teeth) to reduce cross-contamination from patient-to-dentist prior to any treatment carried out in a dental practice.
