Personal data is collected and processed if you voluntarily provide it to us (eg. subscribing to our Latest News) or when you agree to the use of cookies.
All personal data will be collected, processed and used in accordance with the applicable regulations for the protection of personal data primarily for the purpose of the services you have ordered and for processing your inquiries.
4. Data that you provide/communicate to us
In principle, you do not have to provide us with any personal information directly when using our website. However, for certain services, such as our subscription to our Latest News or an online enquiry, you must provide us with personal data such as your full name, your e-mail address, etc. in order to be able to use the respective service.
5. Subscription to our Latest News
On the website of the bonyf AG, users are given the opportunity to subscribe to our company’s Latest News. The input mask used for this purpose determines what personal data are transmitted, as well as when the Latest News is ordered from the controller.
bonyf AG informs its customers and business partners regularly by means of Latest News about the company. The company’s Latest News may only be received by the data subject if (1) the data subject has a valid e-mail address and (2) the data subject registers for the Latest News shipping. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address registered by a data subject for the first time for Latest News shipping, for legal reasons, in the double opt-in procedure. This confirmation e-mail is used to prove whether the owner of the e-mail address as the data subject is authorized to receive the Latest News.
During the registration for the Latest News, we also store the IP address of the computer system assigned by the Internet service provider (ISP) and used by the data subject at the time of the registration, as well as the date and time of the registration. The collection of this data is necessary in order to understand the (possible) misuse of the e-mail address of a data subject at a later date, and it therefore serves the aim of the legal protection of the controller.
The personal data collected as part of a registration for the Latest News will only be used to send our Latest News. In addition, subscribers to the Latest News may be informed by e-mail, as long as this is necessary for the operation of the Latest News service or a registration in question, as this could be the case in the event of modifications to the Latest News offer, or in the event of a change in technical circumstances. There will be no transfer of personal data collected by the Latest News service to third parties. The subscription to our Latest News may be terminated by the data subject at any time. The consent to the storage of personal data, which the data subject has given for shipping the Latest News, may be revoked at any time. For the purpose of revocation of consent, a corresponding link is found in each Latest News. It is also possible to unsubscribe from the Latest News at any time directly on the website of the controller, or to communicate this to the controller in a different way.
6. Data that you provide/manage through your use of our services

Within our company, only selected employees have access to the data you disclose to us and for this reason we can guarantee the highest possible security. The transmission to these employees serves the fulfilment of duties and the protection of legitimate interests.
In addition, contractors commissioned by us receive your data if they need it to perform their respective tasks. All contractors are contractually obliged to treat your data confidentially and to process it only within the scope of the provision of services. Our contractors have undertaken to comply with the applicable data protection regulations. Order processing contracts were concluded in accordance with Art. 28 DSGVO. As part of the operation of our website, for example, we have commissioned a software service company which may gain access to your personal data in the course of its activities if they require the data to fulfil their respective services.

By registering on our site, you agree to register for updates on the Latest News within the company. You can unsubscribe from this at any time. The Latest News offers you regular information on the topics of the platform. The Latest News program used makes your opening rates and your clicks on your e-mail address traceable. This improves our service.
